We’re Sandhya and Deepika, two friends from Bangalore, and like most Indians, we grew up with tea as a daily ritual — not a drink. So we did something a little crazy:We left our stable jobs, emptied our kitchen shelves, and began hand-blending teas — the way our mothers and grandmothers used to. Herbs we trusted. Spices we knew.
