Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Return/replacement request can be placed within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Email us at contact.teaovanah@gmail.com with the order number and the reason of return.

3. You will get a pickup request. Your order will be cancelled or replaced based on request within 15 days.

4. If you have received the confirmation for return then your payment is on the way.

5. In case, you want to retain your replacement request, then please Email us at contact.teaovanah@gmail.com with the order number.

Returns:
1. Return/replacement request can be placed within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Email us at contact.teaovanah@gmail.com with the order number and the reason for return.

4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

5. You will get a pickup request. Your order will be canceled or replaced based on request within 15 days.

 

Refunds:
1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent via your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
